John aka Edge100x
Co-owner and Chief Technology Officer
John develops and maintains both the software and hardware systems that power NuclearFallout and all its services across the nation. John pours his soul into the systems, optimizing them as much as he can for quality and customer satisfaction. John also runs the NOC, which monitors network activity, handles DDOS and routing problems, and develops and maintains relationships with peering partners. And, he provides direct customer support through email for issues that fall within the scope of his expertise.
Siren
Support Manager
Siren brings her years of experience playing multiplayer games such as Quake and Counter-Strike to NuclearFallout and applies her knowledge to dedicated servers. She hopes through her knowledge and experiences, she can help other server owners enjoy their servers and have fun with their game.
TimeX
Support Tech
TimeX comes from a Team Fortress Classic background, playing back in the days on dialup. He joined the staff in Februrary 2005 and brings a unique perspective to NuclearFallout's support team. He strives for excellence in quality and customer service.
Ted aka bOoya
Support Tech
Ted started gaming in the late 90's with StarCraft and started playing CounterStrike at version 1.5. His previously bad experience with gameserver providers eventually led him to NuclearFallout, a company he could tell was different. After hanging around in the support channel on IRC, he was asked to join the team and in November of 2003, he did just that. He has been helping out with rental support on and off ever since. Ted is also busy earning his Mechanical Engineering degree.
Brendan aka Joker
Support Tech
Brendan is another one of our Counter-Strike players turned support members who is an expert at configuring, maintaining and controlling game servers. He is dedicated to assisting server rental owners do just those things, and to maximizing their enjoyment of their servers.
We'd also like to remember Tom aka To`mas (deceased)
Tom co-founded Nuclearfallout Enterprises, Inc., co-owned it with John, and was the CEO from January 2003 through May 2009. Tom negotiated and maintained business relationships and contracts to ensure that NuclearFallout's hardware and bandwidth needs were fully met, leveraging his decades of business experience. Additionally, he oversaw marketing and internal projects and managed the overall NuclearFallout team. Like John, on top of this, he provided directed customer support through email.
Tom was a great man and will be greatly missed by the NFOservers.com staff.
