John aka Edge100x
Co-owner, President, and CEO
John develops and maintains both the software and hardware systems that power NFO and all its services across the nation. John pours his soul into the systems, optimizing them as much as he can for quality and customer satisfaction. John also runs the NOC, which monitors network activity, handles DDOS and routing problems, and develops and maintains relationships with peering partners. And, he provides direct customer support for a broad range of customer concerns and is the ultimate escalation point for customer concerns.

TimeX comes from a Team Fortress Classic background, playing back in the days on dialup. He joined the staff in Februrary 2005 and brings a unique perspective to NFO's support team. He strives for excellence in quality and customer service.

Brendan aka Joker
Customer support agent
Brendan is another one of our Counter-Strike players turned support members who is an expert at configuring, maintaining and controlling game servers. He is dedicated to assisting server rental owners do just those things, and to maximizing their enjoyment of their servers.

Siren
Support Tech
Siren brings her years of experience playing multiplayer games such as Quake and Counter-Strike to NFO and applies her knowledge to dedicated servers. She hopes through her knowledge and experiences, she can help other server owners enjoy their servers and have fun with their game.

Jordan aka Kraze
Customer support agent
Kraze is the youngest member of our team and particularly enjoys playing the Call of Duty series of games. He took the a lead role in testing Natural Selection 2 at its release.

Joshua aka Vanderburg
Customer support agent
Vanderburg joined the NFO team in 2011. His specialty is Minecraft -- he runs his own Minecraft community on a dedicated machine -- but he has rapidly learned how to configure and support the full range of services that we offer.

Cody
Customer support agent

Cody joined the team in 2012. Like Vanderburg, he specializes in Minecraft. After a brief partnership with Vanderburg on his servers, Cody joined NFo and has been expanding his knowledge to cover many server types.

We'd also like to remember Tom aka To`mas (deceased)

Tom co-founded Nuclearfallout Enterprises, Inc., co-owned it with John, and was the CEO from January 2003 through May 2009. Tom negotiated and maintained business relationships and contracts to ensure that NFO's hardware and bandwidth needs were fully met, leveraging his decades of business experience. Additionally, he oversaw marketing and internal projects and managed the overall NFO team. Like John, on top of this, he provided directed customer support through email.

Tom was a great man and will be greatly missed by the NFOservers.com staff.
