How do I open ports? Specifically ports 80 and 443, i'm new to this.
I'm trying to open ports 80 and 443 but I don't know how, many ppl have recommended IP-Tables but I don't quite know how to use it. If anyone can help, could you guide me on how to open these ports? Or how to open ports in general?

All ports should start without filtering here -- we set up our VDSes and machines to have the firewall disabled by default, and IP addresses are used directly, so no NAT rules need to be created. You should not need to involve iptables unless you wish to start filtering certain types of traffic inside your OS.

I removed all filters and still received a moderate nat type, when I scanned for ports, the only port that was open was 22. All the other ports were either closed or filtered.

We've had a few people ask about showing as the moderate NAT type, and it seems to be a limitation of OpenVPN (at least, in its default configuration).

Is there one for CentOS 6 or 7 which is what i'm currently on.
