Loopback Issues

We have an unmanaged VPS/VDS and on it, we have a Maplestory PServer. Everything launches without errors, the client connects and everything. When you get to the character select screen and either make a character and try to go into the world, or just select a character you have already made, the game kicks you back to the login screen. I was told that the only solution is to disable the Network Loopback Driver, which NFO's VPS/VDSes don't have. I installed the loopback driver to see if that would fix it, it didn't. How do I fix this?
