Click on add server, game - BF3, add your server IP/domain name, join port 25200, com port 47200

Game Tracker had wrong ports set.

game tracker is showing our NFO servers are down - but they are not. Our third server, from another provider, is showing as up.

I added my servers last night and for some reason the "Query Port" was changed when I woke up. I'm guessing the same thing happened to you.

What's the correct query port? I've tried what I think its supposed to be.

The correct rcon/query port is listed on the "Easy setup" page of the control panel, and is just the default for the server. It is 47200.

Game Tracker keeps disconnecting from that port. Not sure if its game tracker or some issue on this side.

It's most likely a GT problem, but it could also be an issue with the game itself. Everything out there seems to be pretty buggy right now.

Gametracker requests two ports - join port and query port.
join port is 25200, query port is 47200 both are requested by GT

I'm using 25200 which is correct for the join port and it keeps telling me its invalid.

Never mind.. they were working on the GT site. I refreshed and had another input box for the other port.
