Can I request a refund if my server isn't what I wanted?

If you decide the server isn't what you wanted within the first two days, and if you are within a free trial period, simply cancel the subscription through your Payments tab (under "My account") and you will not be charged. After you are charged, you will not be able to get a refund, but you should cancel your subscription to prevent further payments. We also encourage you to contact us about any problems or concerns you may have, since many issues are not as complicated to resolve as it may seem.
