5 days ago I lost the connection to my vds
every 10 minutes the connection goes down, it also loses access to the terminal SSH root
I do not understand why this started to happen, if not and installed any software the previous days
and this bothers my users a lot when it comes to playing, since many times the connection is dropped, it expels them from the game server due to connection time exhausted.

Re: loss of connection to vds
Is your personal connection going down entirely as well?
If not, do you see packet loss in an MTR run to the game server?
Which process appears and reappears?

Re: loss of connection to vds
That MTR could indicate some intermittent packet loss between carriers upstream of us. Please contact us directly and we can run an MTR in the opposite direction to try to nail this down further and determine whether a routing adjustment on our end might help.
