Good morning,
Per NFO support I'm reaching out to the community for additional help. We are having an issue with the in-game commands for HLX stats. Basically the menu will come up when you type HLX_menu, however when you select one of the options, Rank, top 10 ect... the menu fades away and nothing happens. I have reinstalled/upgraded sourceMods through the control panel, manually uploaded the files through FTP. The files I was told to upload are; https://bitbucket.org/Maverick_of_UC/hl ... /downloads. HLXCE_in_game_plugins_sm.zip.
Also I tried these steps by Kraze; http://www.nfoservers.com/forums/viewto ... ats#p38371
I can confirm that the stats are being recorded on our Daemon site. The only things that have changed within the last month was the Rcon passwords, which were updated. As well as resetting the stats last Tuesday. I added the last error log to this post if it will help shed any light.
Thank you to anyone in advance for your assistance.

Re: In-game HLX stats not working (TF2)
The menu fades away because it sends info to the deamon requesting information, which it is expecting to be sent(which would return the info you are looking for, rank/session/top10/etc).
Are you seeing the messages come up saying you got x points for doing something?
Triple check your rcon password, and check your servers banned IPs using the "listip" command, or using HLSW(I prefer the latter). If you changed rcon passwords and did not instantly update them in hlstats, along with restarting the deamons, the game server might of banned your web server for failed rcon attempts.
spraytrace has nothing to do with hlstats

you can use the command "removeip 1.2.3.4". HLSW offers a simple "remove" button in the list of banned IPs, as seen here:

Re: In-game HLX stats not working (TF2)
Thank you for helping me out, this was the issue. Removed the ip from the ban file and everything is working perfectly. I've been working on this for the last four days and you solved my problem with two minutes worth of work. Much appreciated and hope you have a good weekend.soja wrote:You're welcomeEVGAJoey wrote:I like to think i'm a wizard sometimes . I read over your post again and answered my own question.
