Lag complaints need to be handled through email. If you weren't satisfied by our guess on what was causing the lag, you need to pursue it further with us.

Choke is almost always caused by incorrect rates on the client. Sometimes, for instance, your rates will be changed by a server or HLTV that you connected to before, and the new values will cause horrible lag.
