Unable to order server

Apparently we can now order BF3 servers for VDS.

I just tried to order BF3, and it tells me that the machine doesn't support game server configuration.

Not sure what is wrong.

I have been seeing that message all afternoon, but im sure we will be able to later on today.

Message earlier said no new orders so they could get pre-orders out.

I get this message and don't know what to do.


This order would cause your allotted total number of BF3 slots to be exceeded. To proceed, please do one of the following:

* Adjust your managed package to add more BF3 slots
* Erase an existing order through your Payments page to make room (ordered-but-not-created servers also count towards your maximum)
* Resubmit the order with fewer slots.

You will have to edit your vds server package.

Here is what you need to do:
1. go to www.nfoservers.com
2. Click order VDS servers: https://www.nfoservers.com/order-virtua ... server.php
3. Select the same exact configuration, but at the bottom it will give you the option to add BF3 server slots to your VDS server package,
*Make sure you don't forget to select managed server*

4. Select "This is a change to an existing server."
5. Review Proposed Changes,
6. You are done and now you can order BF3 servers do you VDS package.

I had done this when ordering the VDS.
I am guessing the option was available, but the files were not.

Might need you to manually add the files.

Will play with it and see.

I still see this when I try and order and add BF3 to my VDS: "Your managed machine does not appear to support the game server configuration that you are ordering. " followed by 4 different possible reasons..

I do see a check box in my VDS panel next to BF3 in my server control. haha

You ordered your server with BF3 before the files were installed I think.
I am in the same issue.

Go to your CP, and go to server control,
Then select the top box and reinstall everything.

I think that will install the files completely and we should be ok.

No luck with a re-install, I still get the same error when I try and order a BF3 server and add it to my VPS.

The told me to try again in 15 minutes and then to let them know if it doesn't work.

Yea - trying to get help with ours too.

I don't know what O/S is installed.
It doesn't show anywhere, and 2008+ isn't an option in the control panel.

You cant add BF3 to VPS until its release, have to wait till the release time. once you can play. you can add bf3 to your vps

Not true, I've added 2 servers to my VPS.
