Has anyone been able to successfully add their own server banner yet?

I'm getting the following error:
"Your retrieved server banner was an invalid format (not .dds), so the default NFO banner was used instead."

Thanks for the tip on the map recycler - I was getting a lot of error messages.

What is the port for RCON so I can verify the connection?

2 things i noticed
1: server keeps dropping connection.
2: cannot set conquestlarge to 1 round or server will not start.

I was expecting to see an option for Hardcore, but I didn't. According to yesterday's server docs, these are the settings for hardcore

autobalance = true
friendlyfire = true
killcam = false
minimap = true
hud = false
3dspotting = false

Read the server administration.pdf, look at page 8 and 9 it will tell you the values to set for each type.

Your jealous - I just checked our server and it is currently 4:54 PM PST on the 24th and there are 40 people in there already playing!!!!!!!!

It's weird. No matter what settings I enter the game comes up as customer, not normal or hardcore... always custom
