Hi,as I can make a server with 2000fps CS:S?ç

Are you asking about a managed or unmanaged machine?

On Win2k8, you should be able to run at 1000fps. There may also be plugins or other mechanisms that you could use to run at a higher FPS, but I am not familiar with them.

Here, we achieve 2000+fps on Linux through special kernel adjustments. That FPS rate is available to customers through managed servers.
