• User accounts are separate from the ones we use, so a user can have one account in each system.
• You can adjust which tabs all your customers can see by using your own template file and then editing it to not include them.
• "Hide payment links?", when set, will prevent any payment links from ever appearing ito your clients. Normally these links would be generated when the server is ordered (in email and on the page) or cancelled (in the CP) or if there's a payment failure (in email). If this option is enabled, customers will see very similar messages, but will not get the links. You will still receive a copy of the link in your version of the email, which you can give to them or use as a basis for generating your own link.
• You can change the colors and background of the CP and its tabs through the .css files, and you can adjust some of the text through the .template files. You can also change the look of the tabs by editing the .gif's. These changes aren't too hard to make; start by adjusting some of the colors in the CSS files, and go from there. For a good idea of how radically you can change the site with just CSS and templates, compare the two themes we allow our customers to choose through our NuclearFallout control panel.
• Our system still sends out emails when a subscription fails, right before it's set to go down, etc, but these look like they come from your email instead of ours. (They often include resubscription links, but those will be disabled if you choose for all links to be hidden.) You will also get copies of all these emails, along with copies of all the subscription signups, upgrades, etc, to the email address you designate as the "automated emails account" in your control panel.
• We tried to sanitize out our name as much as possible. All emails look like they come from you, for instance, and our website name is replaced with yours where appropriate. TOS and FAQ references are deleted. Purchase, upgrade, and resubscription links will go to your purchase script, which retrieves the link from us and redirects the user to it. Unfortunately, there are a couple of areas we are not able to sanitize. One is the control panel links, which always references "control.nfoservers.com"; you can partially hide them by putting our control panel in a frame and disabling the status bar (as we did with "controlpanel.html"), or by putting them in an iframe on your page, but savvy users can still find them. Another is the Paypal account; all our Paypal links redirect to our Paypal account, so customers can see that they are sending payments to "Nuclear Fallout Enterprises" there.

• Your customers can't list their servers on our Servers page.
• You can choose to show your customers our Website and Email tabs, by editing the template files (by default, they can't see them); but, if these functions are used, their subdomain would involve us.
• Our ticketed help system is disabled for your customers. All support for your resold servers must go through you; we will not provide direct support for your customers.
• Your renters can't add a second subdomain through their Access tab. Presumably this is not a serious problem because they won't be using our subdomain anyhow.
• Identifiers for servers ordered through your reseller account can't match what we already have in our system.
• You can't offer or use free trial periods unless you have your customers pay us directly through Paypal subscriptions. Customers will only be granted one free trial of one service across our entire system (our servers, your servers, and other partners).
• Your customers can only purchase month-to-month rentals, and not 3- or 6-month terms at a discount.
