According to the HaloPC developers and producers, version 1.03 for Halo is just around the corner (they claim Monday). It includes necessary fixes to allow us to run the game, so you can expect us to offer servers of that type for rent soon afterward.

Its out. And is has support to bind IP to a specific DS. Thanks MS. Tobad its really late in the after the game was released. I read the list of changes and I cant belive they even included the older DS with the game. I was missing so much.

Well I have tested the new HALO patch and well. Some things that needed to be fixed where done. There are alot of things that still needs to be done. As far as the DS I think that is good to go. So hopefully we can see some test servers soon.

Yeah. Well Im in this becuase people from my clan are wanting to get a server.

I think they should have waited to serveral months before releasing this. It was not in any state to play online when they released it. Now after being released 2-3 months it just becoming playable.

I think it will be a cool game. But I dont think it will repleace CS anytime soon.

Yep, they should not have released it in its prior form, agreed. Just the lack of a -ip option seriously hindered GSPs, which has slowed its growth.

When I read though the changes with 1.03 I saw stuff like no TK manager and ping displays. Which has been fixed.

Im sure also now having -path is a big help.
