How do I get a map image to show in the control panel?

If the image is missing/default in status query for maps (you see a generic message about us not having one), you can email in a picture to replace the missing/default image.
The default image comes up if there isn’t an image for the current map running. If you would like to email us an image of the map to replace this, please send a 160x120 image in .jpg or .gif format, with .jpg being the preferred type, to:
support@nfoservers.com
