For between a half-hour and an hour, one of our boxes at InterNAP (a dual Xeon 2.2ghz) was down tonight. The operating system had become corrupt and it would not boot. I have remedied the problem by rolling back to an earlier configuration of the server; unfortunately, since the server hadn't been rebooted in about two months, this earlier configuration was one in which none of the servers were installed (as services), and none of the IP addresses had been assigned.
I have reinstalled all the servers by hand and everything should be up once again. If your server is misconfigured, please tell me in email (odds are that it is correct, though).
I apologize for the downtime, and anyone on that machine will be given a free day of server rental to help make up for the period when they were down tonight.
