have your guys ventrillo's been acting up this pass week?
seattle vent, mine been random going down and coming back up any
it been fine just this week it been unable to connect to server for me and my friends

If you look at the events tab in your control pannel you will find the following message:
"Following two power failures in Seattle (one on Wednesday and one on Friday), we have been experiencing some complications with our systems. The most serious of these complications is that some of our game servers seem to have mysteriously lost their files around the time of the second crash. We're still investigating why that would be. As it stands, each time we discover a server with this problem, we are restoring it from backups that were last made on the 15th. We have also temporarily disabled new backups from being created while we sort this out.
If you are having problems with your server, please let us know ASAP."
Because of the power outage and failure of the UPS Seattle vents as well as control panel and hosted websites were offline for a brief period of time. We do apologize for any inconvenience that this may of caused you. Have a great night and happy gaming!
