HLTV demo automatic zipping

We've now put in place a system that automatically zips demos created by rented HLTV servers.

This system involves a script that runs each hour and compresses all the demos that are over an hour old into their own zip files. After it does this, it deletes the original .dem files that it used to generate the zip files.

The advantage to this is that the zipped demos are about 1/10th the size of the source .dem files, so they can be downloaded much faster through the HLTV server's FTP.

Now we just need to put in place some sort of automatic system for putting them on the web for download.

It's a longtime-suggested item. Not that it would be used very often, but a couple of people would find it handy at times.
