Update to CS/CZ

I didn't want to bother everyone with an email so I'm just posting this in news.

We are updating to the latest CS/CZ this morning. The update was released last night and fixes some bugs including problems with HLTVs and sv_downloadurl and issues with the map "de_vertigo".

will that fix the round timer not coming back because i tryed restarting the server and it still has that problem?

there was a new release, servers will be updated today

the above news was for a different update
