I can't seem to get g_lieutenant and g_crouchrate to do anything. They are supposed to crontrol stamina recharge rate, and special weapon usage rate, but no matter what values I give them nothing changes. These two variables were part of Shrub 3.1. Is that the version of Shrub that is loaded on the RTCW servers? Is there a way I can check the shrub version?
Am I just nuts and using them wrong? Any help is appreciated!!!
