Our provider in LA went down on us tonight, forcing us to scramble to move our servers to a new provider. This new provider in LA will be InterNAP. InterNAP is more expensive than Level3 was, but we will not be raising prices to cover the difference, since we realize how much of an inconvenience the outage was and the move will be.
I've sent out an email that provides more information on this.
The biggest change for renters in LA will be a new IP address. The DNS will not change, but the IP will. We will email out the new IPs as soon as we get them, as well as updating everything on our end.
