UT2k4 demo

We've added support for the UT2k4 demo.

Tentative pricing is at old UT2k3 levels although it may need to be raised since the new engine is more CPU intensive.

I am hoping to have my server up today if he is not too busy with his 700+ items :D

I got my copy of UT2K4 SE and its awesome! Runs much better then the Demo...
