Steam has been down dozens of times, mostly near the beginning. Every time it's down, we know about it. In the last month it's been down maybe 3 or 4 times.

I'm talking about the downtime that means people can't play.

I don't use the friends function, and it doesn't show up as a blip in player usage on our charts.

well.. I may have missed a few of them. You also have to remember that they are down when ever they update so I guess every couple wensdays.
