How would he get admin and than how would he be able to give his other clan mates admin, could you possibly type out the exact command plz thank you for any help you come up with.

Admin mod: http://rentals.nuclearfallout.net/rent. ... q-adminmod
Amx mod: http://rentals.nuclearfallout.net/rent. ... nt=faq-amx
setup your admins is explained at those locations, depending on what mod you going to use.

For Adminmod:
- -go to control panel
-go to file manager
-edit /addons/adminmod/users.ini
-add the line: STEAM_X:X:XXXX::131071 (where the X= your steamID)
-too add more admins, replace the '131071' with the amount of access you want to give them (click here.)
- -go to control panel
-go to file manager
-edit /addons/amx/users.ini
-at the bottom, add the line: "STEAM_X:X:XXXX" "" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz" "ce" (X=steamid)
-too add more admins use the same layout, but change the letters to what you want the admins to have access too (listed in the user.ini file)

http://www.caleague.com/?page=files&div=cso
click on the button for cal.cfg to download to desktop
then copy and paste this file to your server's ftp, same directory as your server.cfg
use the cpanel to edit the server.cfg, but only edit the rcon_password line, to the SAME rcon_password line you have in server.cfg
thats it! enjoy
