We don't completely disallow many plugins on our servers, but unfortunately the list just increased to two with the addition of the AMX plugin d2tools.

Both d2tools and ping booster plugins are officially not allowed, for the same reason -- the lag they cause to other servers. Our new TOS addresses this.
