So we were playing in our server on a E3-1270 in Chicago and all of a sudden everyone on the server freezes in place. And then we see this orange connection icon in the top right which I've never seen before in my life. So basically no one could move for about a minute then we started moving. Some had to commit suicide to start moving again.

THEN some peoples servers had machine like main rounds, and some could shoot their bolt action sniper rifles like machine guns too. Then it went back to normal.

Anyone have this happen tonight?

Think it happened to both servers on our box because our second server went from 64/64 to 12/64. :(

That is extremely odd, that picture looks like a power cable being un-plugged, which makes no sense for a dedicated server.

Has it happened again since then?

At this point, no. Like I said, never have seen this happen, or that icon in-game.

This definitely sounds like an attack of some sort. I'd have to see traffic from while it was happening, but a large DDoS or small application-specific attack might do it.

I had the same thing happen to me last night with one of my servers. The other servers didn't have any problems. The time when everyone started to complain was 23:25:41

Should I make a support ticket? I think the SS name has the time stamp in it.

If it happens again and you can catch it in the act, definitely submit a support request. If it's already over, we unfortunately wouldn't be able to retroactively investigate the traffic flows of the (D)DoS.

Just happened again in one of our servers. Orange icon appeared and everyone was stuck for 2 minutes. Had to commit suicide to get themselves unstuck. Happened at 9:00pm eastern.

I'm glad to hear that it's rare. As before, it would be best to open up a support request as soon as possible while it is occurring or immediately following it so that we can see if your server is being attacked.
