This wasn't the case as far as I could see in my investigations on this side, but I was willing to look into it, as I mentioned. I asked for traceroutes, which would show us whether it actually was a routing/network problem, and you were unwilling to provide them. I ran several long-term MTRs from this end behind the scenes from your machine and was unable to find a problem.
I was dedicated to resolving your problem and in testing whatever might help you.
