DoS attacks

We got attacked at both Verio and InterNAP today with both standard DoS (Denial of Service) and DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attacks. These caused lag for much of the evening on the servers and resulted in two servers having to be rebooted.

We're getting better all the time at dealing with these

Hi Edge. Redeye Pub server has been experiencing some timeout/crashes. I did enable some of the adminmod stuff finally and not sure since I was at work if it was related. Has there been anymore issues known or can you check that box out please.

There haven't been any more DoS attacks that I know of.

This seems like more of a support issue, less of a news issue.

Crashes would most likely be caused by plugins on the server. Try removing the plugins and see if it still crashes. If it does, email me.
