I am not aware if Nuclear Fallout tolerates discrimination harassment or threats on their servers or any affiliated servers: On 1/13/2012 I connected to server 66.150.214.64:27015, I found myself defending a fellow teammate: He was banned for having his real name Jesus as his player name. He had asked the admin why he should change his name and they could not give him a reason, I took to his defense and was banned as well and harassed and threatened for asking the same question .I have the entire situation recorded on video. Is there anything I can do about this situation? My only conclusion was that this player was accused on some sort of religious(although his intent was not religious) accusation for his name.

We provide the service by hosting the server, but each server is operated independently by its paying renter, with settings and policies defined by that individual. Some customers may make choices in how they operate their servers that players will disagree with, or that even we disagree with, but they have a right to do this, as long as what they are doing is legal.

There are a lot of fish in the sea and a lot of great servers out there, many of which we host. I encourage you to use this as a good opportunity to find a new one that you like better
