This just started yesterday, when i try to create any channel i get this error

insufficient client permissions (failed on i_channel_create_modify_with_codec_latency_factor_min)

i have tried to mess with the permissions for this but with no avail. I am the owner and only Server Admin on the server. What do i do?

It is possible that you accidentally removed your group's permissions. I would recommend having us wipe the server for you to bring it back up into a known-good, working state.
