I research indeed about this error and I couldn't find nothing to fix it , so I would like to see if I can get any help in forums, Any help is greatly appreciated.

As a good first step, is this occurring without plugins enabled?

all plugins disabled this morning after an hour it crashed again with loggin this errors on console.

12 minutes later , crashed again with the same errors.

From your log, it seems that you're running a nosteam server (which also requires a plugin, so I take it that you don't have quite all of them disabled). That is not something that we'd be able to assist you with here.
