Hi, i was wondering if anyone knew how to setup a pregame config that lets you buy anywhere in the map. I tried searching it on google and couldn't find anything that led me to believe you could. I was wondering if anyone knew the command to set the buyzone up so you can buy anywhere.

I am pretty sure, that buy zones are map specific to be honest.

They are indeed map specific. The buy zone itself is an entity, just like spawn points and the bomb site. The only way to change that around without editing the map is to use something like Stripper that can dynamically add and remove entities on a map.
