From what I am hearing this is a known bug for the beta. They are aware and it should be fixed in the next release.

This is a known bug in the latest beta. If you have a managed server with us, please contact us to have us run a "repair" operation to roll it back to an earlier beta build.

Valve says that this should be fixed soon, after which we can hopefully roll out the new beta again. The new beta has several important exploit fixes.

Thanks for the response, dedicated server is not unmanaged, you can give me the files to fix this error?

Do you mean that the dedicated server is unmanaged? If so, you would need to use the hldsupdatetool to "update" your server to an older game version. To do this, shut down your server, open a command prompt window, and enter commands like this:

Code:
cd\game installs
hldsupdatetool -game cstrike -command update -dir hldsbase

If it's a managed server, what I said before still applies. Further, you could also run the repair yourself, through the "Managed panel" page.
