Sorry for reviving an old thread. I was browsing through old threads and not really getting an answer for my question.

I've got a server box that currently is running two counter-strike servers, and we will be looking to have a third. I've properly added all my files to fast download and it works fine. But that's only when we have, I'd say 1-3 user playing in the server, when none have any of the new map/models/sound files. But when we have more user in the server, and we go to a brand new map, most have to sit and wait 1-3 minutes downloading all the files, while a random two or three people have the fast download speed and they are playing within seconds. The fast download also bugs out sometimes even if it's a brand new person joining by himself. That user will have to wait to download all the map/models/sounds files at normal speed. And since not every user wants to wait so long, we lose traffic. Any ideas how to fix this?
