16-player server promotion

Referrals do not change the price of the server. Each referral just gives you 2 additional slots temporarily, when you cash it in.

If the new customers(such as myself) decide that we want to reconfigure the server would it stay as promotional price, just changing whatever we reconfigure such as adding ping accelerator etc. or would it be the regular price, and then the extra price for the new goodies?

If you keep the server at 16 players and reconfigure during the promotional period, you can keep the promotional pricing. In other circumstances we will need to use the current standard pricing. This is the policy we have adopted for all upgrades (we have some very old customers at Internap who are paying what new customers at Verio are paying now, just because they've never upgraded).
