I just tried installing mani mod on my TF2 server running on our VDS. It seems to

have installed well but it keeps kicking out the following error message:

MANI-ADMIN-PLUGIN: Warning, your server plugin english.cfg file is out of date which will cause instability!
Please download http://www.mani-admin-plugin.com/mani_a ... nglish.cfg

Now I did go to the link provided and loaded that config file into the language folder but I still keep getting the same error message.

Then I downloaded the mani_admin_plugin_language_pack_1.zip pack unpacked it in the langugae folder with the same results.

Anyone else run into this problem?

Being from 2006, that actually looks like a pretty old file.

Are you running Mani 1.2T?

Yes that is the file I downloaded from the Mani-mod website: mani_admin_plugin_v1_2t_orange.zip
This is why I am confused as to why the file would be out of date. Its create date (english.cfg) was 11/2009.

Hmm, this sounds like it must be a glitch in the 1.2T release, then. It really shouldn't be complaining about its own files like that.

You might also try changing the date on the one from their distro (by editing+unediting locally) and reuploading it. If it is literally just going off the file date, this might help.
