I am looking for a command line that lets me change the wait period in between maps (when your looking at your score waiting for the map to change) its set to 30 seconds now and thats about 20 seconds to long. I have looked everywhere for it and asked a lot of people but no one seems to know then someone told me i can't change it unless my server is modded which makes no sense.

scr_intermission_time may be what you're looking for. Try a line like this in your server.cfg:

set scr_intermission_time 10
