This is going to be a really dumb question and i promise i searched for it first, but i just be over looking it or searching wrong so please forgive me if its already posted.

I know it has to be just a command or simple plugin, but what do i need to do to make our server show a text message that says "username has joined game"?

Thanks in advance. If i have missed it could someone just post the link to where it is or explain one.
