Do you guys offer dedicated servers?

If not know anywhere i can find one for hosting CSS at a reasonable price?

We don't sell dedicated servers in terms of leasing standalone, whole machines, no. (Yet.)

I don't know enough about that market to recommend a company to you, either :\

If you don't mind me intervening here John, I would suggest a company such as Serverbeach located at Serverbeach.com or possibly godaddy? Only go with trusted comapanies such as those two otherwise you may be facing scams which I have seen happen. Another thing that might interest you is buying/building a custom server and colocating it either at Nuclearfallout or another 3rd party company, which in the LONG RUN pays itself off quickly because you own the server...

If you are talking about game servers (that are dedicated) of course they run dedicated servers.

We currently rent a 24 slot public CSS.

The reason im asking is we run a few other servers not with NFO.

The costs of all our servers is adding up and quite honestly i think it would be better to rent a dedicated server.

Hope to see NFO offering that service sooner then later.

I really hope you are available 24/7 to troubleshoot the multitude of problems with that dedicated server because it will need to be completely customized and developed by you. So with that being said, you manage O/S updates, server hardware failure, and even DDOSes. Also, you will need to write proprietary code which is quite long to get stable FPS higher than the default 66; this will be difficult if not impossible because things like HLBooster and not quite optimized so sometimes they will give 250 FPS and sometimes 30.

If you host all servers at one company, that company will usually cut you a heck of a deal.

Best of luck if you are going to try dedicated servers because they have incredible abilities, just a lot of time and effort must be put in to maintain them.
