Does anyone know how to instal the cal configuration for counter-strike source?

You place the cal configs into the cfg folder on your FTP.

ok, i put that in console, but it says bad rcon password.

You need to log in to rcon first. You do this by typing rcon_password "password", replacing "password" with whatever you set it to, of course.

After that, rcon exec cal.cfg should work.

ok i got 2 errors the 1st try it said:

Unable to connect to remote server (66.151.138.58:27015)

and the 2nd attempt said Couldn't exec cal.cfg.

Did i install wrong?

Just change the map or do rcon exec server.cfg. If theres any settings in the calcss.cfg that you want changed when using server.cfg, you need to set that cvar in the server.cfg and the value you want.

One thing you probably want to add to server.cfg is mp_forcecamera 0.

k thx, and would you guyz happen to know the command to lock a server, unlock, and how to get sounds to work? (like if sum1 gets a headshot a sound goes off)

rcon sv_password yourpasswordhere will set a password

rcon sv_password "" will remove any password
