Hey guys, I know this may sound like a stupid question but i really need to know what this is. i have been in privates scrimming and i will see SourceTV in spectae. What exacly is that, and what does it do?? if someone could fill me in that would be great.

Its just like HLTV ( Half Life TeleVision) its for demoing scrims and stuff like that only in Source.

What do you mean though?? it like recordes games played, and lets you watch them or something like that??

You can join the SourceTV to watch the game being played in the actual gameserver, with a slight delay. The SourceTV can also record demos of everyone's views during the game in which you could play the demo back using your own CS:S client.
