Generally when that happens it is related to plasma issues however if you want to open up a support request via the help tab in your control panel we could be glad to take a look for you!

We haven't seen any overall outage events for BC2 since the Plasma maintenance last Tuesday.

Many players were reporting problems with the server browser updating and being able to connect to servers. Clearly a plasma backend problem. Worked better last night.
