If you have a problem with a down service, please contact us directly through the support request system. This can be done through the "Help!" page in the control panel.

I did, wasnt sure if you guys got the support ticket as you usually respond within the hour, it took about 3 hrs. I was double checking. Seemed to be a time zone issue.

Our hours are currently from 8am PST to midnight PST, so if you request help outside of those, there will be a bit of additional delay.
