Getting this error:
Error (ID 2568) insufficient client permissions (failed on channelgrouplist 16784/0x4190)

Have all the info from my details tab from control panel listed correctly in the widget, anyideas? Oh and I've added the website IP to the whitelist as well.

thanks
Rex

That looks like the system cannot query the server. There should be a permission with query in the name that allows remote query. It should be under the guest permissions in TS3.

Yes all the google searches suggest that but the latest TS3 interface has changed all the permission methods yet again, permissoins/servergroups/guests shows nothing for queries now.

Is this a new server or an old server? Old servers should have had their permissions updated when the newest version was applied (they were correct to begin with), but sometimes TS3 doesn't do this properly -- in which case, the only effective fix may be a wipe. New servers should have all permissions set properly from the beginning.

Please open a support request and ask for it to be assigned to me. I'll run some further tests from here.
