I was wondering what rates are good for a 11 man private InterNAP server like for sv_minupdaterate, sv_maxupdaterate, sv_maxrate and sv_minrate.

If the server is accelerated, then use sv_maxupaterate 100 (CS:S at 120 if using 100 tickrate), sv_maxrate 20000, sv_minupdaterate 20 and sv_minrate 2000. If it is not accelerated, keep sv_maxupaterate at 40 and have the rest of the cvars the same as accelerated. Keep in mind that the league configs you use such as cal or calcss.cfg will set these settings too.
