There was a big update from Steam a couple months back. Since then my team's server has crashed just about every time we would switch both teams would change sides at halftime. We put up with it for a while, but it has been pestering us. I checked around the Steam forums and found nothing. Then I checked on these forums and also found nothing. Any kind of answer would be helpful. Thanks.

Its still a bug for Source since that big update. Valve tried to fix it in the Sept 19th update, but it didn't fix it completely, adding some new bugs.

Valve knows about the issue and hopefully they release a fix soon.
