When I type /help it brings up the list of commands including the one /bukkit. I used to be able to type this and have it list all the bukkit commands. Now when I type /bukkit along with several of the other plugins commands it says "Unknown Console Command. Type "help" for help." I tried reinstalling the plugin using the autoinstaller. This didnt work. I attempted to download it from craftbukkits site and install it. This also did not work. I even deleted the plugins folder and tried it. That didnt work either. Im at my wits end. Please help me fix this issue.

Are you certain that Bukkit is loading properly? Please open a support request to have us look directly at your individual server.

Yes I am positive and I tried that but your employees said they don't help with third party mods even tho everyone I talk to is saying that they only had that problem with Nfo specifically. I'll open a ticket and copy what you said so they do look at it.

Also no it's not /help bukkit. I tried all that. It's host sided from what I've heard.

We should be able to help you test whether bukkit is running. In regard to plugins that you may be running on top of bukkit, we would not be able to assist with those.
