Hello, looking for information on your servers in Dallas and Chicago.

1. What is the difference between ULTRA and HYPER?

2. Are they available in Dallas? Are we able to get custom setup, even if it's not guaranteed to preform as good as the ones in Seattle or Chicago?

1. The acceleration level option does not apply to BF3 servers.
2. BF3 servers are available at all locations and are configured the same everywhere. Your personal performance will depend primarily on your distance from the facility.

Then what is the difference between getting a server in Dallas in comparison to the premium servers in Seattle. What is the difference? What does the premium option have in Seattle that the Dallas servers don't?

We played on a premium server in Seattle and the game play was beyond awesome! No lag, And very smooth game play, and great hit indication. But we want to keep our server located in Dallas.

If that is not an option, can the premium service be implemented in Chicago? I know it doesn't show it, but could it be added?

The "Premium" service in Seattle is a slightly different blend of bandwidth than our "InterNAP" service there. Dallas has pure InterNAP available; we do not have an additional special blend, as that location has not seemed to need it. You should see excellent performance to Dallas if your player base is closer to Dallas than Seattle, and I encourage you to test a server at that location.

So a server in Dallas will run just as smooth as in Seattle. Now i'm not referring to their ping. Just the server performance with BF3. We currently are using Branzone, but the lag and hit indication is unbelievably bad. We have tried so many ways to solve the issues. Nothing seems to help.

Will work on letting us get a server in Dallas for all our members to test.

Thank You for all the help and your time. :D

Yes, that is correct. We use the same high-end hardware and the same configurations at all locations, and Dallas is a solid facility for us in terms of the bandwidth and overall stability.

If you select a BF3 server in Dallas from our order page at https://www.nfoservers.com/order.php, it should provide you with a couple of sample servers.
