Our servers do not show as Hardcore now that the "PLAYER HEALTH IN % = 100" and is not adjustable. This doesn't seem right.. can someone explain what are the proper HardCore settings are?

This is an excellent question.

We would like to know this too. The patch put us into a custom category.

enter command after you start the server. It will stay ranked and in Hardcore.

vars.soldierHealth 60

This is correct. If you try and do it through the CP, it will not work as it is locked. But it will let you change it via RCON command.

I tested it on my server, and it is back to hardcore (with HUD!?) and it is listed as hardcore in Battlelog.

I presume after the daily restart of the server I'm going to have to resend the
vars.soldierHealth 60 command?

Is this something NFO can fix or do we have to wait on DICE?

you could script a custom procon plugin to apply that setting. I think were going to find quite a few work arounds to get the settings we want on our servers.

I noticed that my startup.cfg had been reverted to normal. I re-applied ALL HC settings + custom ticket count, and it seems to be sticking.

This was a mistake on my implementation of the new limitations on the Easy setup page, and I've corrected it now. I misread that option as being blocked, when it's actually just clamped to 60-100 (on ranked servers).

I'm not seeing an error when I try. What error are you seeing?

It gives an error at the top of the screen when changing it to 60

The command vars.roundRestartPlayerCount could not be executed on the server. It returned: 'InvalidValue'.

Pain, your error indicates that you were changing vars.roundRestartPlayerCount instead. That said, I'm not seeing an error for that one, either -- 60 works for both vars.soldierHealth and vars.roundRestartPlayerCount on the ranked server I am experimenting with.

Maybe you have a smaller server than 60 slots, and it's complaining because of that?
