NFO, are you using Core Locking with BF3 Retail? BF3 Beta rubber-banded horrendously with Core Locking enabled due to a DICE Bug and i remember when you disabled it, all the problems went away.

If currently enabled, would disabling it be viable?

It is off. I have kept settings that were found to be best in the prior testing.

My 64 slot on the managed dedicated is rubber banding pretty badly. 32 is smooth. It also crashed once. Luckily right now its easy to fill servers.

If you have a managed dedicated that's not an E3-1270, I'd recommend dropping the player count down a bit, or running less-intensive maps.
