As a result of Paypal's severe subscription-related bug(s), we were either not notified of payment failures or simply not paid for a large number of the servers that were activated in the last week of April, before we switched to the $0.01 trial system. We have had to shut down many of these servers now. If you are one of the affected customers, please contact us and we will send you a link to re-try right away.
The subscription bugs are so serious, and they are taking so long to fix them, that we will probably be forced to drop Paypal. We just can't risk this sort of problem happening again. (Paypal also has not made any improvements to the subscription system since we started using it in 2002, which we find a bit frustrating since it could really use some.)
